At the heart of the Drôme Provençale, at the gates of Vaucluse, in the natural regional park of Baronnies, surrounded by olive trees, apricot trees and lavenders, our house is located on a plot of two hectares with a magnificent view of the village. Provencal Montaulieu dating from the eighteenth century. The charming town of Nyons is 20 minutes by car, you can discover its beautiful market which is held every Thursday ...
The house has 5 double bedrooms, two with a bathroom and toilet. A kitchen equipped with a piano cooking for lovers of good food, two lounges and several outdoor terraces, a garden and a swimming pool. The housework is included in the price.
Our house is 15 minutes walk from the village of Montaulieu, it is completely independent without any nuisance, surrounded by nature, without being isolated.
Easy access, you will find hiking trails to make wonderful walks through the Mediterranean species such as pines, olive trees, thyme, rosemary, broom ... bike rides, swimming in the river or lake. But you can also enjoy visiting the many picturesque villages in the ... The cultural activities abound with the Grignan festival, Avignon festival gold
