Holiday Home 'Loc Provence' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Montauroux, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, this 53 m² ground-floor apartment in a secure holiday villa welcomes up to 3 people and 1 baby, or 2 adults and 2 children. It features 2 bedrooms: a spacious one with a double bed, another with a single bed, and a convertible sofa bed in the living room. A baby cot and high chair are also available. The private, well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, filter and pod coffee makers, kettle, and all necessary crockery. Other amenities include private air conditioning, a TV with digital channels, free fibre-optic Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and step-free indoor access. The bathroom has a bathtub, hairdryer, and towels provided.



Enjoy your private terrace with table, chairs, and awning for outdoor dining. A private barbecue and a furnished sun terrace with two loungers are at your disposal. The secure outdoor pool is accessible at any time. Table tennis, a trampoline, and a pétanque court (boules provided) offer additional leisure activities.

Pros: Chers Mary et Jean-Jacques Après 45 jours de séjour... Quels mots pour vous dire merci ! Une première rencontre... après cela nous irons pas visiter d'autres gîtes. Votre accueil chaleureux nous a conquis. Nous nous sentons vos invités. Vous êtes vous même et surtout ne changez rien. Promis, notre Zoé n'a reçu qu'une fois quelques bribes de notre déjeuner et surtout pas de chocolat ! Nous nous obligeons à surveiller la complète fermeture du portail, cette coquine aurait vite fait de partir à l'aventure. Ce petit "personnage" très touchant a agrémenté encore le séjour. La soirée "châtaignes" chaud devant froid derrière ! Quelle chaleur humaine ! Merci à vous deux à Franck et au papa de Jean-Jacques. Nous avions besoin de réconfort. La qualité de la maison mise à notre disposition : "chez-vous... chez-nous" ou "chez-nous... chez-vous". Enfin votre générosité : c'est tout VOUS. Vos hôtes ont et auront beaucoup de chance.
