Huge bbq and great patio overlooking Chia and the mountains which we sat out on all the time. Franco the host is super friendly and helpful, contactable by WhatsApp and very responsive. "Well equipped house. Two bedrooms were downstairs and colder which was great as the average daily temperature was around 40°. Anyway A/C would be available throughout. There are many beaches nearby and it is a perfect place. Only small thing: the shown pool is not at the house but you needed to walk quite a bit. Thus we never used it. And Ivano was very responsive and helped us with recommendations for restaurants, beaches, boat rental etc. Would come again here."

"Das Haus war frisch renoviert. Groß, sauber, gut ausgestattet und bei über 35°C Außentemperatur dank 4 Klimaanlagen kühl. Wir haben uns hier von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Die große Terrasse haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Aufgrund der ländlichen Lage benötigt man unbedingt ein Auto, um die sehenswerten Ziele Südsardiniens zu erreichen. 2 Autos konnten problemlos auf dem Grundstück parken. Supermarkt, Tankstelle, Weingut nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt. Zum Strand 25 Minuten Fahrt. Alles Bestens."
