"Our stay at the Westin was great , all of our needs were met by pretty much the restaurants and bars. It was great we could visit the sister resort with a free shuttle or short walk along the coastline. Property was beautiful!!!"

"The beach is rocky and has lots of growth. The pool is nice. The paths could use some extra lighting. The room towels were not high quality. There was no activity schedule. Concierge was not super friendly. Telephone never worked, even when we reported it, it didn’t get fixed. This made it difficult to request a cart on departure. Overall a nice property, comfortable room with extra attention to details this resort could be 5 star. I’d give it a solid 4 maybe 4.25."

"It was everything. I expected. The rooms were really nice. Clean every day when we got back to them. Staff was wonderful. The restaurant and lounge area on the beach was wonderful. And we loved the water and being close to it. I would come here again"

"Air Conditioning was nice. House keeping came daily. Rooms were spacious but bathrooms are tiny, limited towels, staff was not helpful, beds were very hard, rooms flooded from rain storm was told to put luggage on bed. Never tried to do anything about it. Front desk was VERY slow. Rooms were not ready at 4. They had muffins and water daily. NOT worth the price."

"Breakfast was nice they give you coupons so for 3 people it was only $12.50. I dont know where your gunna go on the island that will cost you that for food for three. Very was nice staff was more than helpful. Rule to anyone traveling to St. Thomas make sure to eat before 9pm seems like the whole island closes for the night on weekdays. Getting a taxi could be a bit tough ( do all your traveling before 7pm) on some days maybe a 20-30min wait id recommend a rental car since your up in the mountain. Overall was a good visit housekeeping sure did clean well I have a infant and i would come back to a clean room was nice. "

"This is a great place and a great value. If I could change only one little thing it would be to get the water in the shower a little more hot; it’s not cold but not quite hot—a little over lukewarm. I’m sure this could be a quick fix from a maintenance engineer. There is a little road noise, as well, which you can’t help being that close to the main road. Overall, it is a really great hotel that is easy to get to and close to everything (ferry, airport, restaurants/shops, and my work. I travel every other month for work, and I will likely stay again (if they can heat up the water a little ;0). "
