"We boked this hotel because it was highly reated with great reviews. We were delighted everything matched!!! It is well located short drive to Cologne Cathedral dome--16 minutes. The room is comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was healthy and delicious. Wifi is super fast. The service staff is so helpful and friendly. after our 15 hour flight, we were well rested to go to Chrismtas market. We highly recommend this hotel for its location and above-beyond service. No wonder it is fully-booked for the weekend. The parking is convenient and close to the hotel."

"Friendly staff at the hotel so no complaints from me. Pretty basic facilities but perfectly comfortable. Tepid water in the shower and be careful stepping out of the shower cubicle as it is raised up off the floor in the bathroom about 8 to 10 inches. "
