Room was clean. Staff were nice and friendly. The location is about 2 miles away from center of Assisi. Need to buy a couple of €1.3 tickets good for 80 minutes; to go in Assisi and back to hotel daily .

PRIVATE TUSCAN VILLA WITH HEATED SWIMMING POOL - JACUZZI SPA - SAUNA - EVENTS
This was the perfect place for hosting a large group. It has lots of space so people in your party can have some down time. It is a rural setting so having a vehicle is a good idea. The host and the manager were very helpful with any questions or requests we had.

Big estate with private indoor & outdoor pool, gym, billiard in Umbria
