"I booked 1 night at this hotel. When I entered the room I noticed that the bathroom had extensive mould/damp on the bathroom ceiling. I was moved to a new room. In the a different room, however I noted there were stains on the floor. When I informed reception, I was told it’s probably just coffee. ..."
