  • Hear the birds chirping, feel the gentle breeze blowing and breathe in the crisp mountain air. Find refreshment for your soul at The Woods, a luxury tiny home in the Retreat.



    The Retreat is a gated luxury tiny home community in southeast Tennessee. The community is only 15 minutes from the University of the South in Sewanee. It is also a short drive from Nashville, Chattanooga, and a couple hours from Atlanta.



    Located atop Monteagle Mountain halfway between Chattanooga and Nashville, Monteagle is the gateway to the outdoor adventure within South Cumberland State Park (3 minutes away). Monteagle is part of a unique cultural history that developed along the Cumberland Plateau in the late 19th century that is still being celebrated today.



    The community is equipped with fire pits, hammock, walking trails, water falls, playground, camp like setting with all the amenities. W/D, kitchen, bunk beds, loft, private bath, cozy fireplace and private master bedroom. 400 square feet of big living.



    Tons to do: Hiking, golf, green trails and mountain biking all in the surrounding area.
