"10 of us headed to unknown terrirtory--stayed in Sewanee to attend a concert (Irish band "Altan") at The Caverns. We wanted a place we could all be together (ha, we travel in a herd) and wanted a place where we would not disturb anyone as we love our music, competitive games (ha). This place was PERFECT! "Wish we had been in the area for a longer stay. The house was decorated beautifully. Loved the style. Our puppy loved running around the yard. She is used to the space at home. Makes for a tired puppy at bedtime! Would definitely stay again if in the area."

"We had a great stay at the house for graduation. It was close to all the campus parties. Easy walk to Stricklands for breakfast in the morning. We loved the screened in porch it protected us from the cicada invasion 😄. Not sure when we will be back to Sewanee since our son has graduated but would stay here again. As noted by the owners we were able to stream Netflix, Hulu on the tv but no live tv or YouTube TV so if this is important to you this may not be the house for you. They had an Amazon...

"This was truly one of the nicest experiences we have had. We stayed here for my son’s 16th birthday to spend time with family. The host had cupcakes and a happy birthday sign. This was the cleanest/fully stocked home we have stayed in. Our family had fun kayaking and relaxing. Really great time!"

"I enjoyed our stay at the house. It was equipped with plenty of soap, trash bags, sanitizer, dishes, first aid kit, bug spray, toilet paper, towels, etc. it was beautiful inside. It was spacious. The beds were comfortable. We stayed for the weekend to enjoy boating at Tim’s Ford Marina. It was a 10 minute or less drive to that marina. We drove over to Lynchburg one day also. No complaints. "

"This home and its grounds are a slice of paradise! The view from the deck is beautiful and so peaceful--2 waterfalls! We had our coffee and breakfast on the deck every morning and ate several dinners there too. The kitchen has new appliances and is stocked with everything, including spices, needed to cook great meals.
