"A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!"

"My friend and I had a nice stay at OROROSA Lucca City Center Apartment but I am happy we were only 2 of us as 4 or 6 people in there would not have been comfortable. Please also note the apartment was advertised with 2 bathrooms - that is not true - the apartment has got 2 toilets but not 2 bathrooms - there is only one shower. For 2 people it was nice and spacious with a living area, kitchen and toilet downstairs and a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom upstairs. The location was perfect...

"Great location within the old city and close to all amenities and train station. The property had lots of character. Nice and quiet. Courtyard very pleasant and an added bonus. Lots of space and clean and functional. The one negative point is a very steep staircase and not easy to get up and down particularly with suitcase. Also could do with a more comfortable sofa Had a lovely holiday and Lucca is beautiful. Will be back"

"It looks great just like in pictures. Location is very close to train station and airport transfer. Some housekeeping issues that need to be address in bathrooms...ie leaking shower doors, mold in grout and sink. Would like instructions on how to use stove made available. In US we use gas stoves! Overall I would go back again. "

"The place is next to a garage shop. There is dirt and garbage pretty much all around. Full of mosquitoes. For the price that you pay unequivocally not worth it. And the Internet Wi-Fi does not work. I would not stay again."
