"Our room was very quiet and well appointed. The bathroom was all marble with a wonderful shower with high quality towels and soaps. "This is my third stay at this hotel & would never stay anywhere else. It’s minutes from the train station & walkable to all sites. The hotel itself is beautiful with a library room, bar & the breakfast included was perfect (scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, croissants, fresh orange juice, coffee…). We stayed in the top suite #601 w/ massive terrace & magnificent view of the Duomo. The room was clean & very comfortable. The front desk attendants were very friendly & helpful as was all staff. "

"Great hotel near the center. Walking distance to everything. I enjoyed the quality of the hotel and the roof top bar was amazing. Good service. Rooms were a little small but not sure if that was because of my budget or whether the hotel rooms were just smaller due to the type/age of the building. All in all I would recommend and most of your time is spent outdoors anyway. "

"Our stay at Grand Hotel Baglioni was nothing short of perfection. The staff were helpful and our room was clean. We had our complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us after a long travel.
The hotel location was important to us as we wanted a stay at place that we could have access to the main sites. The hotel is literally across Santa Maria Novella train station. It’s a short walk to the Duomo, shops, cafe, grocery store (Conad) and even a self-serve laundry."
