It's newly updated with everything on hand: plenty of towels, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, microwave, plenty of dinnerware. Each bedroom and living room have an ac unit. Laundry room has washer & dryer. Living room has dining set for 6, flat screen smart TV, Blue Ray player, and plenty of sitting space. You can also enjoy quite evening on the grilled porch.
