This property did not meet my expectations. The pictures used on the website are outdated and not a true representation of the property. The room was not cleaned properly upon check in and the sheets were dirty. There was rust throughout the room and the property in general was not up to date. My experience at Breathless Montego Bay was extremely disappointing. Both rooms I was placed in reeked of mold. When I reported the issue, the staff showed no sense of urgency or concern. I wasted an entire day trying to get relocated, only to end up moving to a completely different resort because the problem persisted. If you’re looking for a quiet, clean, and truly luxurious experience, this is not the place. The lack of responsiveness and the condition of the rooms were completely unacceptable for a resort that markets itself as upscale.
