House by the sea with a small sandy beach, pool and fantastic views

  • This beautiful house, located directly by the sea, is 8 minutes from the airport in Montego Bay and offers you a fantastic view of the sea. Only a few steps then you are on your own beach. Also very suitable for children as the sea is shallow at the edge. Good opportunities for snorkeling and diving thanks to an offshore reef. There is also a grill in the garden. Other water sports in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. Freshly caught fish every day just a few minutes' walk away.
    The 'Fairview' shopping center can be reached by car, taxi or bus in about 5 minutes.
    Fantastic golf courses in Rose Hall and Ironshore.
    The house has 4 bedrooms with air conditioning and 3 bathrooms.
    Living room with kitchen incl. Dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, microwave, oven etc., washing machine, dryer, TV, radio CD and WiFi.
    My caretaker Tman guards the house day and night and is very friendly and helpful.
    Martin our cook will be happy to prepare traditional dishes for you.
    Per meal up to 5 people 30, - US $. He would also be happy to take you to the supermarket.
    PapaD can pick you up from the airport for up to 5 people for 25, - US $.
