DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT!!!!!!! Let me begin with the good the view was beautiful. Now the bad; upon arrival ant infestation all on the walls, stove, table, bathroom. Filthy built up dirt in window sills, toilet, garbage cans, crown molding even on the cable boxes. After I disinfected as much as possible I attempted to turn on TV remote was not working to well batteries were damn near dead (asked housekeeping for new batteries stated didn’t have any and kept moving). No smart TV. Tiling on the walls was actually separating from the wall; there was holes in the walls, ants were all in the walls. The circular mirrors on the walls-some had fallen off, some had just the backing (paper/cardboard) hanging up looked like the glass part had either broken or fallen off. The lamps by the bed had some type of industrial cord that was unable to fit into the electrical outlet-no lighting; some outlets did not work at all. Checked in on Saturday and housekeeping showed up Tuesday, I explained about the ants etc.… she proceeded to unlock some closet and retrieved some insecticide and proceeded to spray around the stove, sink, kitchen, bathroom. I stated that’s not healthy I have to sleep here one more night I live in the US a million miles away from home and I don’t have an option on where to sleep, I did not need her to clean I had disinfected, she stated she will spray Febreeze to kill the smell and she did. I have taken pictures submitted to the owner for 100% proof.
