This beautiful Palm breeze Cottage is located in the exclusive gated community of Chatham Palms!
Chatham Palms have an exclusive gym, children's play ground and private pool.
Chatham Palms is next to the world famous Sandals resort in Montego Bay Hip Strip which is a few minutes walk away from Sangster International Airport, Montego Bay Hip Strip, Doctors Cave Beach Club, Margaritaville and access restaurants and bars along the world famous Hip Strip! This listing is a private cottage consisting of a Queen bed, dresser, kitchenette, air conditioning, Netflix and high speed internet.
The room is very airy and will allow for good experience with the tropical weather. The bathroom is modern and tastefully decorated to allow you to be comfortable in style.
Rules:
This listing is for 2 adults only. A child under the age of 8 may be accepted an no extra charge.
*Any additional persons are charged a $10 USD per night
*Check-in 15:00 and check out is 11:00 (If you would like earlier check-in please contact us in advance. We cannot storage luggage.)
*We provide soap and toilet paper at check-in only. If you run out during your stay, you provide your own.
*No smoking inside the apartment.
*Turn off air conditioning when leaving apt for extended periods of time.
*Sheets and towels are provided, but if you get makeup or non removable stains on the towels/ bed linen you will be charged $20 per item.
*Beach towels are provided, for use. If they are lost or damaged they are charged at $20 USD
*Infant Cot and linen are available, please ask conceive in advance regarding availability.
*When opening doors and windows, please be aware that mosquitoes will enter. We suggest you keep all windows and doors closed at all times.
*Keep food in containers and or refrigerator as not to attract ants.
*No excessively wet bathing suits or wet towels on couch/sofa or bed.
*We are not responsible for any items left behind after checkout.
*Starter Food and soap hampers are available to purchase in advance or at Check-in. Please contact concierge for more information.
