About this property

Secluded sea-view apartment 2 mins from beach, WiFi, 24hr security

  • This ground-floor apartment was completely renovated and refurbished with modern equipment and furniture in 2018. It is in a secure, peaceful complex on a buff overlooking the sea, only a 2-minute walk to the beach and a 15-minute walk from the centre of Ocho Rios. The 2-storey block, with its own car parking, is surrounded by lawns and gardens. Sadly, our beautiful palm tree in the photos died recently and had to be removed. The apartment comprises a large kitchen-living area opening onto a patio from where a gate leads into the gardens that extend to the edge of the rocky cliff, two double bedrooms (one has a queen bed and TV, the other a double bed) both with a closet, work or vanity desk, air conditioning and fans, and there is one shower room.
