"The pool is wonderful. The room was clean but overall better suited for a 3 star property. The air conditioning was not working as we learned that the hotel had not activated the central air system for the season. It was a very warm day and this is just unacceptable for a 5 star property. Overall, not worth the price."

"Went for 2 days R & R. Nice hotel in the middle of Abano Terme, convenient for walking into town and many restaurants. There is dining at the hotel, but did not use this so cannot comment. We had massage treatments which were excellent and the warm thermal pools were
relaxing
. The main pool however, does need a little restoration. The other pools were lovely. We had good weather and the outside areas were clean, with plenty of sun beds.All in all, a great place to spend some time and treat...
