"Check is was very easy, room was spacious and clean. Parking lot P6 was relatively close and only cost 10 Euro/day. Air conditioner stopped working on the last day but that is no fault of the owners. I am sure it is fixed. I would stay here again if my wife and I return to Montepulciano."

"Good communication with management through WhatsApp. The taxi dropped us off one minute from the property. Very cozy top floor with only a few steps. The 2 bedroom unit is very comfortable, the kids enjoyed sleeping in the loft. Air conditioning worked very well. We had everything we needed, the location is wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay. "We had a lovely 3 night stay The pool area is just what’s needed to cool off in the afternoon The staff are friendly and helpful, it feels family run and they try to help wherever possible We walked into the old town from the hotel, it’s a steep walk uphill but if you have trouble walking I would recommend a vehicle The surrounding area is stunning Breakfast was good with options of hot and cold The bedroom was very clean, the bed was a little firm for my preference Highly Recommended"
