"This proptery is new and modern. Very accessible to town. We arrived in the evening and the access is in a dark road. Causing us to miss the entrance. "The staff at hotel Minerva were friendly and accommodating. For example, we had a bottle of wine that needed a corkscrew, and they provided not only a corkscrew, but a bucket full of ice. The view from the balcony overlooking Siena really gorgeous. And the location being right beside the city old mediaeval Fortress wall was quite cool to be able to walk around and see the sites. Also, just a 10 minute walk into the city Square. "

"The hotel was good value for the price. The room was clean. The hotel is in a good, safe area. The A/C was able to keep up with the 98F temps outside. Check in was easy. The breakfast was very good. Parking is a little tricky but not to bad. The only issues we had with our room was the safe wouldnt work in one room even after they tried to fix it and there was no safe in our second room and the hot water in the shower would increase and decrease on its own. The beds and pillows were good. We would stay here again!"
