I believe the hotel needs renovation. The heater in the lobby area was not working and was very cold, the pillows were a little too hard, and the room was really noisy.

Hard work to get hot showers, changed rooms but no better. WiFi very patchy and poor reception. Breakfast buffet was of a low standard. Swimming pool still out of action 3 weeks after due to be fixed. Bed in bedroom was comfortable. Room was a little noisey.

La PROPIEDAD dijo que factura directamente a EXPEDIA y EXPEDIA dijo que es una empresa de estados unidos y no puede facturar, solo entregar recibo.
