NOISY "HOTEL" NO ELEVATOR.

Super noisy "hotel" inside and out, no elevator, too much noise inside hotel from service staff and other guests. Not recommended .

I loved this hotel because the room was so big!! The cleanliness was excellent!! and the confort inside the room was pretty nice, the interior design and furniture had a feeling of freshness and cleanliness, also it didnt looked like old furniture, the bathroom was so sexy 😳 also the art inside the hotel it’s awesome I could write a whole page stating this, my favorite pieces are the 2 humanoid-guardians on the corners of each floor💖 also this hotel it’s cheap and “small” but has EVERYTHING inside! Pool, gym, rooftop with a fireplace to make some bbq, tables and chairs, and for entertainment a table for ping pong, a big court for basketball or soccer, and if that’s not enough, a little space to play mini golf 😄 also and finally there’s an “Oxxo” store next to the hotel, and that makes the stay pretty convenient 💖

I stayed at room 21 from 5/11-5/14/23 had 100$ go missing that i left on top of a table in my room even though there was no tag hanging “no disturbances” not to clean my room. do not leave any money here. Staff said i had only key but someone went inside when i was gone. location and room itself was ok.

This place has litteraly no parking, 4 spaces and thats it, you have to figure out the parking elsewhere off the property! Stay away! Busy and sketchy looking area! To the extent that we decided to book an alternative hotel! Didn’t even consider a partial refund! Cheap rates are NOT worth it!

The service was not good at all, I was in a 4th floor without an elevator and nobody helped me with the case. They say they have breakfast included but it’s just a bread and coffee.

It have never seen such a terrible hotel in my life. The room was like a shoebox with literally no windows. I could hear the noise from the other rooms.The internet did not work. Also I booked the hotel with breakfast included, but I was told that if I wanted breakfast I had to cross the street to anothey place ans pay for the food. The location is also terrible. When I talked to the receptionist he told me that I could not get my money back. I paid for 3 nights and I could not stay in that whole not even one night. Please dont book!!

Las instalaciones, lindas y la atencion tambien, sin embargo hubo una fuga en la regadera y literalmente el techo se cayo mientras me bañaba. Di aviso, fue una persona del mantenimiento a obsercar, y detuvieron el agua que cahia del tecjo, pero el olagon y la suciersad se quedaron en la regadera durante el restos de nuesyra instamcia, dando mal y desagradable aspecto.
