Never ever choose this hotel, forget being able to check in, we couldn't even enter to this hotel's street. It's in a dangerous area and we are warned for this hotel to be love hotel. We just went to somewhere else.

clean room, lots of water presure and hot water. the staff was very polite to me even with my bad spanish. they have a parkade to secure your vehicle. my only complaint is the lights were very dim in the rooms... like almost night light dim. i had to use a flash light to go through my bags. the local resturant and bar scene in the area was top notch. i have no issues staying here again.

I booked this hotel because I thought I could get a good night’s sleep, HOWEVER, the staff was rude and told me as I checked in, that I had to leave the room within 6 hours maximum! I was also sent to another building (not shown in the pictures)! The bed was a concrete base with a thin cushion. Terrible. And they omitted mentioning the fact that they rent it out by the hour. The shower was primitive and the A/C barely worked. All in all, BAD decision to book this hotel, and the place is very deceitful with the photos they place on Expedia. NOT recommended at all.

El hotel no tiene nada que ver con las fotografías publicadas en expedía. El hotel es horrible y tiene plaga de cucarachas además de que está ubicado en un barrio peligroso. Perdí mi dinero el cual no me recuperaron aún cuando el hotel me dio mi salida y que me repondrían mi $$$lo cual no pasó pues encima de todo no tienen palabra.

Room was clean, however only one electrical outlet that worked and a second that didn't work. Parking was across the street at a different hotel, but worked out well. Hot water in shower for a few minutes only, but warm enough to finish the shower, AC worked. An hour wait at check-in due to only one cleaning lady. No elevator, was on the 5th floor so I got a good workout. Overall, was good enough for a few days stay, during the World Cup, but I wouldn't recommend as there are better places when not so much going on.
