  • 2-bedroom air-conditioned apartment (bedroom one with a king-size bed, bedroom two with 2 twin beds), air-conditioned TV room with a sofa bed, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, free Wi-Fi; apartment sleeps up to 6 people. We have parking for 1 car.
    Entry via electronic door code. 24/7 private security. Amenities include a pool, gym, and playground. The apartment features a balcony with an excellent view of the city and Cerro de la Silla.
    The apartment is ideally located in the heart of city centre Monterrey, making it easy to explore attractions on foot, such as the Government Palace, Macro Plaza, the Museum of Mexican History, the source of the Santa Lucía River (Paseo Santa Lucía), the Monterrey Cathedral, and the Museum of Contemporary Art (MARCO). It’s a short drive from Arena Monterrey (concerts), Fundidora Park, and Tec de Monterrey.
