If authorised, an additional fee will be charged for each person per day. Sound: Do not play loud music so as not to disturb the neighbors. Please respect the quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM. If there are complaints or the police are called due to noise, the owner will impose sanctions. The space: As the yard is fenced and has plenty of space, children and pets can play freely, running around the entire property. There is also a badminton court. The house accommodates up to 9 people. It has 3 bedrooms, one of which has 3 single beds, and also a dedicated workspace: a desk with a table, ergonomic chair, and lamp. Fast internet! ELECTRICITY - CONSUMPTION To avoid detection of abnormal/abusive energy consumption, DO NOT bring/use air conditioners or portable air coolers on the premises, as they consume a lot of energy, drastically increasing the kWh. Therefore, use only the available fans, the use of which is already included/without additional charges in the accommodation price. The house's electrical system is single-phase with a maximum voltage of 127V. No voltage transformer is provided! If you have any appliances with a different voltage (other than dual voltage), such as an electric shaver or hair dryer, you will need to bring your own transformer. If in doubt, please contact us for assistance. Any damage caused by improper use of electrical appliances will be fully charged to the guest. Electric cars: charging is not permitted on the property. There is no electric vehicle charger. Therefore, due to the electrical load sizing, overloading of the network may occur, risking a fire. SMOKING: Smoking is permitted, but please use the ashtray available in the house. DO NOT SMOKE inside the house to avoid strong cigarette smoke odours. An additional fee will be charged for this infraction to cover the cost of cleaning the interior/odors.Also, in case of burning, due to cigarettes or the use of incense, of any furniture, bedding, table and bath linens, or appliances, the cost of replacing the damaged items will be charged. Please do not throw cigarette butts in the outside area of ​​the house, flowerbeds, or in the yard. Use the ashtray provided in the house. In case of disrespect, an additional fee will be charged for cleaning/removing the cigarette butts. PETS All pets are welcome - free of charge - however, they must be included at the time of booking. I count on you not to leave the animal alone inside the house to avoid damage. Please ensure your pet does not damage the furniture. Also, pets are not allowed to sleep on carpets, beds, sofas, or any other furniture in the house. If your pet damages anything, you will be charged for replacing the damaged items. If your pet makes a mess on the property, an extra cleaning fee will be charged. To avoid this charge, please collect all "waste" inside the house and throughout the yard. Also, avoid "bad smells" inside the house by maintaining a clean environment. When you finish your stay, please do not leave food in the pots or any dirty dishes. Please do not stain towels, bed linens, or blankets with cosmetic products such as sun cream, hair dye, or anything else that may cause staining. If this occurs, the guest will be charged for the replacement of the stained item. When ironing, please use the ironing board provided in the house. This will prevent burning the mattress or sofa. If this occurs, a replacement fee will be charged. In the bathrooms: do not throw paper or other objects in the toilet to avoid clogging. When checking out, please do not leave trash in the house or yard. Take all trash to the dustbin - on the street/entrance of the house. PGJyPg PGJyPg TRASH COLLECTION/CITY HALL: Mon, Wed and Fri PGJyPg PGJyPg POOL PGJyPg Pets are NOT allowed in the pool for hygiene reasons and to avoid clogging the pool filter/pump due to hair. If this occurs, an additional fee will be charged to cover emptying, cleaning, disinfecting the pool and repairing the filter/pump if necessary. PGJyPg PGJyPg It is not permitted to fill pools or any other inflatable object on the premises, due to excessive water consumption. For the same reason, washing cars or motorcycles is NOT allowed!!! Subject to a charge to cover excessive/overspending. Pool cleaning during your stay: check availability, and there will be an additional cost with an extra charge if cleaning occurs within 7 days. For longer stays, pool cleaning is free.
