No parking as advertised. I was in montesilvano fot the futsal tournament and needed my car to get to the different pala Gymsin different cities not reachable by bike, although I was only charged 10 euro for the use of a bike for the days. Toiletries were only given for first night, I had to ask for bath soap after that. Bathroom not cleaned. Staff owners and staff nice and helpful. Air conditioning and Internet wasn't working but was up and working right after I told them of the inconvenience. Breakfast, ok for me, I don't eat much, they have me my yogurt and juice :) I would stay there again, if I had paling or didn't need a car. One more thing. On hotel.com I booked hotel with a dollar price, at hotel I was charged in euro with a few more added. :(

Ottimo B&B in una location scomoda.

Camera pulita e confortevole e ben insonorizzata, Colazione nella media, Ospitalità molto buona. A pochi passi dal mare, in zona tranquilla. Unica pecca la sua ubicazione al termine di una stretta strada senza uscita e con un solo posto macchina a disposizione. A poche centinaia di metri però c'è un grande parcheggio.

Sehr schöne Villa nahe dem Strand

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer, tolles Bad, alles in einer wundervollen Villa. Lage ist ca. 200 Meter vom feinen Sandstrand entfernt. Die Inhaber sind sehr freundlich, das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse gut, es gibt sogar Wurst und selbstgemachte Delikatessen. Bei unserem Italien-Trip die schönste Unterkunft (von 7).

B&B con poche luci e molte ombre

Il presunto "parcheggio" (su un totale di 7 camere) è un solo posto-macchina quasi irraggiungibile. All'arrivo (attorno alle 18:00) il personale (una sola persona) era in stato confusionale. Non parlava né Italiano né Inglese né Francese. Non capiva (non LEGGEVA) la prenotazione (cos'altro potevo avere?) e mi guardava senza rispondere. Dopo reiterati tentativi in qualche modo ci dava una camera. La camera è piacevole, anche se mi sarei aspettato di trovarla calda. Segno o conferma che nessuno aveva nemmeno letto la prenotazione (conferma, perché sul quaderno solo 2 stanze avevano un cognome e non era il mio). Un solo climatizzatore caldo/freddo in camera, che quindi non ha effetto sul bagno. Dal bagno si vede la camera vicina, essendoci un grosso buco della serratura. L'abbiamo occluso con fazzoletti di carta. La camera è estremamente rumorosa: si sentivano gli altri ospiti (a fianco e sopra) come se si fossero trovati dentro la nostra camera. Alla mattina un'ottima colazione, preparata dallo stesso personaggio della sera precedente, adesso lucido e in grado di eseguire semplici ordini in Italiano dati dal proprietario. Poi è anche arrivata una signora, decisamente di un altro livello, e molto professionale. Mi dispiace per questa signora, ma il giudizio sul personale è quello del peggiore, così come una catena è robusta quanto l'anello più debole.

Nice place

Good spot, location is great - on the border of Pescara and Montesilvano - there is parking which is really good because there are never enough spots typically. The place was clean, quiet and nicely decorated.

Schönes B&B in Meernähe

Mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Villa Tombolato waren wir vollkommen zufrieden. Nette, hilfsbereite Vermieter, ein geräumiges, sauberes und sehr geschmackvolles Zimmer und die Unterkunft liegt auch nur 100 m vom Strand mit Restaurants und Stabilimenti. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse super, es gab auch herzhafte Speisen und eine Riesenauswahl an süßen Dingen. Auch waren wir sehr dankbar für den Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Würden immer wieder dort übernachten.
