  • House of 90 m2 classified as very comfortable, with private swimming pool of 100 m2, including 2 bedrooms of 13 m2 with TV including 1 bed of 140 and 2 beds of 90, plus a small room of 8 m2 with a bed of 90.
    A bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, a large sink and a washing machine. PLUS separate toilet.
    Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, traditional oven, induction hob, etc.

    Covered terrace, equipped with a table for 6 people and garden furniture, sunbathing on the east-facing terrace, plus parking.
    Concerning the swimming pool, our tenants have priority, the owners are very discreet. The two houses are separated from each other by a space of 4 metres with screens.
