"The owners were lovely and gave us a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom cabin which was ideal for us with 2 young children. It had a well equipt kitchen. We did have a few ants coming in but when we told the owner they came down to spray the cabin. Great having a pool at the property for unwinding after a busy day in nature. The town was a 5 minute drive and it was really easy and cheap to get taxis there. Would definitely recommend staying here."

The view from our Mountain Room was superb and was a joy to wake up to each of the five days of our stay The rooms were comfortable and well appointed, if a little dated, but this added to the overall charm. The food for breakfast and dinner was great, with plenty of choice, and they were able to cater for a vegan diet, which was very much appreciated. The staff were amazing....

"It was beautiful! Traveled with family. The kids loved the pool, hot spring and waterslides. The grounds are gorgeous! Don't miss the mirrador at the top of the property. It's a gorgeous view of the volcano and lake. Food was excellent. Breakfast was plentiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was close to everything we needed as well as lots of restaurants. Highly recommend! "
