"My only complaint about the Smart Hotel is that you don’t want a room across from the elevator as you will hear loud news through the door as long as people are using the elevator. Until around midnight, i heard what sounded like someone building a large wooden toy tower, then hitting it so that all of the pieces fall to the floor. It was actualy vwry annoying and definitely woke me up in the morning. I was in a beautiful room on the penthouse floor, but the noise was sufficient to make me not want to stay there a second night. My room number was 1003. Everything else was terrific."

"the staff were very helpful, the hotel is located near the shopping mall and ramblas .public transportation is very accessible,the hotel is newly renovated but since its an old building , it has low ceiling , it doesnt look welcoming ,"

"The hotel is perfectly located near the port and the Port market great places to eat. It’s also central for going and coming and close to the hop on hop off bus location. The staff was wonderful. Everyone was great very friendly. We really enjoyed speaking to Henry. He was amazing delightful person. The breakfast were awesome and they were very good about catering to our needs. Can’t say enough about this Hotel highly recommend it."
