"This is a unique and special place. A little pricey, but worth it. This is a manor house built in 1795, with a wine cellar, and an indoor swimming pool also in the cellar. Just beautiful. We stayed on the top floor, with a round water bed, and skylights that look up to the stars. There is also an outdoor wooden infinity swimming pool with a jacuzzi corner. It's just an amazing feeling to be in a wooden swimming pool. Lovely breakfast. Wish we had been able to stay 2-3 days."

"La Bastide is a great Provençal hotel in an amazing and quiet area. The place is surrounded by trees, vineyard, a farm and piece of arts. Next to the Bastide, 10/15 mn by walk, you have the winery the Commanderie de Peyrassol. The vineyard is stunning. Within the vineyard, you have two restaurants, check Jeanette a gastronomy restaurant with great food and the Bistrou Lou for more casual food. Both restaurants are great and in a great location. "We on purpose booked this hotel as they were offering double beds. We requested one room with a double bed while booking on Expedia. When we checked in no room were available with a double beds! That’s quite a shame it felt very uncomfortable to have to share a bed with someone you’re not really acquainted with. Very disappointed."

"Warning at the end! This was a lovely hotel in the heart of a charming town. The front desk person was an angel and the manager was great. Our room was spacious, compared to others we stayed in during this trip. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked fine. Very nice breakfast. The hotel only had 10 parking spaces and they were all occupied. Fortunately I was able to park on the street across from the hotel because it was a Saturday night and the parking ban there was not enforced that late or in the morning. Moral of the story: Get there as early as possible so you can grab a space. However, the garage is tight so try on-street parking if your vehicle is big."

"Great view of the lake, good food and good service. Room conditions need improvement as two electrical outlets didn’t work in our room. Only outlet working was the one for the TV, They brought us an extension cord and unplugged the TV to solve the problem. Room condition and facilities are very basic but I guess that’s what we paid for. "
