Please do not leave tubes, floats, kayaks, or paddle boards in common areas or on balconies and keep stairwells clear of personal items.
Do not hang your towels and swim suits on the balcony to dry. Please properly dispose of trash in large dumpsters, which are fenced in parking lot.

Wonderful Place!!

Very clean and tidy. Great views and the people around the complex are so nice. An abundance of activities very close. Overall experience was amazing. I will definitely be coming back.

We only had a one night Stay. Everything was very clean and well supplied. Two Gigantic TVs...biggest ive seen.Its inly one real bedroom. But really pretty and the pull out couches worked fine.

This condo was nicely updated where needed. Perfect location for our yearly visits. Even though we didn't use second floor amenities, the lower living room had an open cathedral ceiling appeal. Great value and we would definitely stay here again if available.
