Very spacious

This house was amazingly spacious! Well equipped with all of our needs. Nice size bedrooms in a quiet neighborhood.The host was awesome, great with communication. Had coffee and complimentary snacks. The cleanliness was a 10. The pool table was a plus! They also had other board games. Trip was enjoyable!

Perfect for golf group

I’d recommend to anyone traveling to area with a golf group. We had 8 guys and I worked perfectly. Close to nice selections of local restaurants within 5min drive

Great stay in Montgomery

Hey Aaron, we really enjoyed our stay at the Arlington House. The house was very clean and was very comfortable. It was nice to come back to the house after our rounds of golf on the RTJ Trail, plenty of hot water for showers and just a great place overall. Nicely located to close to downtown for restaurants and bars. Enjoyed our stay totally!!

Spacious lodging for groups

This property was great for a large group of coworkers coming to Montgomery for a conference. The property was clean, spacious, and met all of our needs. Large kitchen, 2 living rooms, wifi accommodated our group's needs well. The host was responsive to messages and was even able to accommodate us in extending our stay for one additional night when another Vrbo property fell through unexpectedly.

Excellent accommodations. Spaciousness was a huge plus. House is lived in user friendly. Our stay was much fun. A second outside garbage can would have been helpful but I figure the city only gives you one. A sitting chair in the single rooms would have been nice. I used one from the kitchen table and that was good enough. Vacuuming beneath the sofa and chairs and their cushions in the living room is suggested.

Son's Military Graduation

We had 11 of us down for my son's officer graduation. The house was so big - it was perfect!! So many bedrooms and spaces to spread out when we needed. It was great!

Guys golf trip.

From booking to checking in and finally heading out, it was perfect! Aaron was responding to every inquiry within minutes. I didn’t have many questions b/c everything was thoughtfully taken care of. My crew were all very happy and that’s a win in my book. Plenty of room to decompress and at the same time big enough places for us all to play games and catch up after the rounds.

Capitol Hill Golf Trip

Spacious and well-appointed kitchen. Clean and neat bedrooms and bathrooms. Lots of space for different groups to meet within the house.Check-in was the easiest experience I have ever had on VRBO.Poor neighborhood. Deserted and rundown houses next door and nearby. No local networks or ESPN available on TV. Completely undesirable for sports fans.Pool table is unsafe, could collapse at any time on someone's foot or crawling child.Garage availability would have been nice. Constantly having to move cars around in driveway.

RTJ Trail Golf Trip

The home accommodated our group of 8 men (66 to 85) reasonable well! Of no fault of the home or host, the bunk beds for adult aging men was difficult to conveniently use and with 4 men in the one upstairs end of the house with one bathroom in the area was challenging at times. The home was plenty large enough and had entertainment activities to accommodate. The pool table is off balance and needs balancing. The front door lock was easy to open with the code, but difficult to lock upon leaving with the deadbolt locking mechanism not lining up easily and therefore failing to lock. We had to exit the side garage door and look the door lock and enter via the front door. This may be by design. Nonetheless, our group would have preferred to deadbolt the side garage door and simply use the front door locking mechanism (key pad) to deadbolt the front door. One last thing of property upkeep. The lawn was overgrown and appeared to not have been mowed in several weeks (weather could have hindered such maintenance). Aaron is an exceptional host with timely and pertinent communications. The property allowed for easy transportation to the RTJ golf courses in the area, downtown dining, grocery stores and the East Chase area. This was probably a one and done trip for our group in that the RTJ Trail experience was on all of our bucket lists and Aaron's home allowed us to fulfill this within our budget. We are quite grateful for that and would not hesitate staying here again!

Large home for large groups. Location is good if attending an event at Maxwell AFB. Plenty of gathering area both in house and outside on back patio. If seeking groceries, avoid the Winn Dixie that is close by and travel a little further to the Publix for a greater selection.
