The kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, flatware, glasses, toaster, and of course a coffee maker. An electric grill on the balcony provides everything you need to prepare meals at home if desired. Walmart and Kroger are both within 6 miles.

Fresh linens and extra pillows are provided for both beds, and ceiling fans throughout the unit offer a comfortable breeze.

The upgraded bathroom is fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, and a hair dryer. An iron and ironing board are also available.

Just spent 3 nights at lake Conroe and it was a little piece of paradise .. the condo was very clean and well appointed. We had our boat there and made use of the private dock which was fantastic. Had a great time !

What a great, relaxing place on Lake Conroe! The view from the balcony is great...part of the lake, floating dock, and pool. Loved it for coffee in the morning watching the sun rise and relaxing in the evening with the sun setting behind the building. And quiet...during the week, we felt like we were the only folks there. There were more people there during the weekend but not an issue. Bernardo's place is well equipped in the kitchen and his condo has been recently renovated. The photos are accurate. Nice getaway.

Truly little paradise

The hosts have carefully thought through all the needs and wants of their guests. We had plenty of options in how to spend our time with all provided here. Comfortable, clean 1 Bedroom Condominium in an excellent, safe location at Walden on Lake Conroe, just a 5 minute walk to the Walden Yacht Club and Pool. There was even a partial view of the lake. We needed a place to stay for 6 weeks without breaking the bank and this unit fit the bill perfectly. Check-in and check-out was extremely easy, despite a somewhat late arrival between 9 and 10 pm.
