I travel to Montgomery for work frequently, and this was my first visit here. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, the spacious and clean room, and the cheerful lobby and breakfast area. I appreciate how the hotel is not directly on Eastchase Blvd, it makes the property much quieter than the hotels I've stayed in previously.

Dalvonta at the front desk was one of the best customer service people ive ever encountered. From check in, during the stay, till check out. Ive been in customer service my entire life. I'm 48. Truly top notch. The hotel itself is great, very clean and next to many places to eat, drink, and shop. 5 stars and 100%recommend. You wont be disappointed.

Breakfast was not well managed. 3 days out of five the coffee was empty when I went down at eight am. One day there was French toast with no butter or syrup. Another day there was an empty food bin pushed towards the back of the window and it was not refilled. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and manager was actively looking for feedback to act on.

The shower head had black mold on it, however, when I brought it up to the front desk, they immediately addressed it. The room was spacious and hotel was close to plenty of restaurants and stores. The staff, for the most part, seemed pleasant, however, one person at the front desk had an unwelcoming presence and didn’t seem to care to assist me anytime I needed help.

Pleasantly surprised

We had never stayed at a TownPlace before but we loved it! The room was great and had so much room, tidy and clean. The breakfast was so good! My whole family loved it! They had a little bit for everyone! We will definitely stay again!

Everything was great, especially the staff. If I had to make a recommendation, it would be to have ice machines available on each floor. I had to go to the lobby to get ice, which was not too much of a hassle, yet not very convenient.
