"Lynda's accomodation is designed for both form and function. There's enough seating area outside for every type of weather. When it's sunny you can sit in front of the house or lie in the grass, when there's rain you can huddle inside or sit under the canopy. We had some trouble finding the accomodation, so make sure you double check the address beforehand, but Lynda was a dear guiding us there and was always available for questions during the stay. "Turning into the site and immediately the amazing view greets you. It is absolutely fabulous place for a relaxing holiday. Our hobbit house was one of the 6-person pods, even though there was only two of us plus our dog we wanted a bigger living space for our 5-day trip. The condition of the house was lovely, home from home and very clean. Due to the heat wave (we have 35 degrees!!!) we did not venture out to see the sites, except for very early dogs walks either around the site or down by the river in Rhayader (which has a very convenient Coop for any bits you need) but as the views were amazing it was lovely to sit on the settee with the door open looking out at the views. We had a totally relaxing break and will definitely be back."

"This hotel/guest house is mainly a wedding venue but can be booked for individual stays. I was on a business trip and just needed a bed before an early start. Breakfast is provided in a little hamper and had plenty of good quality fruit, bread, danish etc which suited me better than a cooked breakfast at eg 7am because I was up and out by 6am. There was no human to check in but codes were provided for the main door and a key box for the room. Everything was clean and tasteful and it worked surprisingly well. Nice quiet, rural location."

"My wife and I both agreed that the overnight stay we had there was very good, everything you could have wanted was there, the bed was lovely and the room was spot on. The next morning we went down to the restuarant and to an excellent breakfast. All in all we would have no hesitation in staying there again."
