"La casa é in un’ottima posizione, a 5 minuti di macchina dal centro di San Teodoro. Il personale molto disponibile. Alcuni aspetti meno positivi, sono stati l’assenza di posate/bicchieri/utensili da cucina, poiché eravamo in 3 e per esempio c’era solo un bicchiere o solo 1 cucchiaino. Gli asciugamani facevano odore di umido. Mancava uno strofinaccio per asciugare le stoviglie quando venivano lavate e anche un tappeto davanti alla doccia. "Easy location to walk to airport. Staff were helpful and kind. The pool was a nice with loungers, sun shades and the staff brought out free bites of watermelon. Breakfast served with a large ensemble of foods (even ice cream) and pool view seating."

"Overall, we had a lovely stay at Pedra Santa. Its biggest advantage is definitely the location—it’s excellent and makes it easy to explore Costa Smeralda. Sardinia is absolutely stunning, and with gorgeous weather every day, it was hard not to enjoy ourselves. The hotel restaurant is very good, with delicious food and an amazing sunset view that made dinner feel extra special. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. On the evening we were getting ready to go to Phi Beach, we asked for an iron. Surprisingly, the staff couldn’t find one anywhere on the property. At first, I was told they only had one, then another staff member said they had several, but they were all “missing.” It was frustrating, especially when trying to get ready for dinner. I also sent two emails before our arrival with a simple request, but never received a reply. In those emails, I mentioned that I’m a travel content creator and kindly asked if it would be possible to have a room with some sort of view, as I planned to feature the hotel on my social media. Unfortunately, we were assigned a room overlooking nothing but bushes. That said, these issues didn’t have a major impact on our overall trip. Sardinia is an incredible destination, the hotel’s location is fantastic, and we still had a wonderful vacation. With a little more attention to guest communication and consistency in service, this hotel could easily provide an even be"
