Annual Family Getaway

Great place

A great place for family or large groups. We each had our own bedroom. It is very well stocked even had laundry detergent. The pool and hot tub was a big hit with everyone. Would definitely stay here again.

Lake Cumberland visit

Awesome pool, gorgeous view of the lake from the sunroom. Saw a 7 point buck in the backyard the first night. Would definitely recommend this property to friends. Will probably book another stay here next year.

Celebration at the Lake

Everyone loved the house! We gathered on the deck for meals, enjoyed the hot tub and pool, sat around the fire pit and made s’mores! We rented a boat one day and jet skis another day (at Conley bottom marina- also great!) and basically had a blast! Thank you so so much! It was a perfect weekend escape!

Beautiful Getaway

Overall we enjoyed our stay here, bummed that the pool was not open as it showed in the description of the house and was the main reason for choosing the location. If it is closed for the season, list it as such. The view is great!

At the lake

We had a wonderful time. Everyone was beyond helpfull and nice with suggestions on where to go and what to eat. We had a great place to stay and the on property pool was a big hit. Can't wait for next year!!!

The place was so much bigger than we expected. The screened in porch was enjoyed by everybody and the pool was a bonus. We had everything we needed and more. The property owner was quick to respond to any questions I had.

This house was absolutely perfect for our large extended family group! Very close to Conley Bottom, which we love! Owners were very swift with responding to messages but we had no problems at all!

Amazing stay!

My group and I had a great time on our retreat to Kentucky. There was plenty of room for us to play games around the house and relax by the pool. We spent most of our time in the beautiful sun room. We were very impressed by the cleaniness of the house. Highly recommend!!!

Family trip to the Lake

Having the pool was a huge plus with the kids! We were also close to Conley Bottom Marina which is where we rented a boat from and had dinner at one night. Communication with David was great and he responded immediately with answers to all our questions/concerns. Overall our entire group was pretty happy with the stay. We spent most of our time in the pool or relaxing across the various decks or sunroom taking in the views.

Bachelorette 2023

A great time celebrating an upcoming marriage. The pool was great & the house was close to the boat dock. It was nicely stocked with floats, kitchen supplies & the sunroom was a great place to watch the lake. Wish the bottom level had furniture to allow people to hang out and enjoy the game room. The driveway is also very steep but parking behind the pool worked great. Would stay here again. Thanks!

Great views with lots to do

My family of nine and I had a great time and plenty of room. The views are incredible. The toys including pool table and foosball were used heavily. The hot tub was very comfortable and easy to use. There were a couple of unexpected bonuses including an extra refrigerator in the garage which was very helpful for all the food we needed for Thanksgiving, and secondly that they had two sets of washers and dryers which was very helpful for a large group. The second flat parking pad beyond the pool was also very helpful for the main driveway is steep. The owners were responsive and rapid dealt with some issues of batteries being out in remotes for tv and lights and fans. The only thing that was unexpected was that one of the bedrooms is only accessible through another bedroom and the laundry is only accessible through the that second bedroom. The county the house is in is dry, but the next county over is not and since it is only 0.5 miles away, it wasn’t really an issue.
