Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 2-bedroom house in Monticello. This enchanting property offers a wonderful retreat for guests seeking relaxation and comfort. The bedrooms feature a king bed and a queen bed, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. With amenities like AC, heating, a hair dryer, WiFi, a washing machine, and an iron, you'll have everything you need for a wonderful stay.. A nice deck with patio seating to enjoy your morning coffee which is also provided. All this overlooking a country setting watching cattle grazing in the field. Clean, quiet, just as advertised.

We stayed here two nights to visit with friends who have a house at Lake Cumberland. The house was clean (appeared to be freshly remodeled) and had everything we needed for a short visit. Setting was remote but pleasant.

Just as advertised & more!

Everything was easy & laid back. We went for a 3 mile walk that ended at a most peaceful (& free) boat launch into Lake Cumberland; surrounded by forests. The property is conveniently located to stores & restaurants, but totally private & secluded. Perfect!

Just what we wanted

The house was very clean and the beds were super comfy. Kitchen was modern and had everything we needed. Located away from everything but only a few minutes from town. Peaceful. Was just what we were looking for. Will be back next year.
