Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee on one of three decks overlooking the lake, spending the day on the water, or relaxing with family and friends, this home was designed for making memories.

Inside you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable living room, full bathroom, and washer and dryer for your convenience.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, daybed, and trundle, making it ideal for families. The second bedroom includes two full-over-full bunk beds, providing plenty of space for both kids and adults.

One of the home's most unique features is the separate game room building located just outside the house, offering the perfect place to unwind, play games, and enjoy time together after a day on the lake.

Step outside and enjoy direct private access to Swinging Bridge Lake. Spend your days fishing, kayaking, boating, swimming, or simply soaking in the peaceful waterfront setting.

Guest access:

Guests will have access to the entire home, game room building, decks, yard, and private waterfront area. A few owner storage areas may remain locked.

• Direct private access to beautiful Swinging Bridge Lake.
• Water activities and waterfront access are enjoyed at guests' own risk.
• Pets may be considered with advance approval and a $200 pet fee.
• Propane is not provided for the grill.
• Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM to help maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors and guests.
• Firewood is not provided. Please bring your own if you plan to use the fire pit.
• A security deposit is required; details are provided after booking.
• This home is best suited for families and respectful groups and is not intended for parties, events, or unapproved visitors.
