"The house was nice, the rooms are great. We slept 5 grown men and 3 women comfortably. It had everything we needed. My only complaint is the hot water issue the house has. I saw in another review there was a water pressure issue, but we didn't experience anything out of the usual for Moab's water pressure. The hot water was horrid though. It would take 5 minutes to even get warm never hot, then it would go freezing cold. At best, you have 3 minutes of ok enough water to get clean in. That is why...

The house was attractive, clean, comfortable, and a short walk from downtown restaurants; perfect for a family of 4 to use as a base camp for a week in Moab. "My brother-in-law and a mutual friend stayed here last week on our trip to explore Moab and national parks. Access instructions were clear and accurate, the unit was extremely clean. Kitchen and pantry were well supplied and stocked. TV’s worked well, wi-fi was excellent, and we appreciated the expansive DVD library. Watched “Breaking Away” one night! Bedrooms were comfortable, the master was very nice. And the price was right! I would definitely stay here again, and not hesitate to recommend...

"Quick walk to restaurants and shops while being away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Quiet in evenings and easy access to multiple trails (especially Kane creek rd). Being Dog friendly is a must for us, and having a fenced in area with easy access via multiple doors was ideal."

"This is a private property with a great view of the Abajo mountains. It is a great base camp for exploring ruins, petroglyphs, national and state parks in the area. Ft. Abajo is a very comfortable home to come back to each night and they have an informative guide book to help you plan your days if needed. The town of Monticello is quieter than Moab, it had everything we needed, and it was nice to get out of the crowds."
