Stone property with salted pool , 4 bedrooms , 3 showers, sleeps 9

For weekly rental: stone house for 9 people with 4 double bedrooms , 3 shower rooms , a 12x5 m salted pool, big sunny terrace

Ground floor: kitchen diner with cathedral ceiling .American fridge freezer, dishwasher , oven and microwave, convection hob. Lounge with sofas and Flat screen Tv ( Netflix, prime video and Bein sports)
1 bedroom with king bed (160x200) and en-suite shower.
Hall leading to laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Shower room with toilets.

Upstairs : 3 double bedrooms . One of them is big and accommodate a160x200 bed and a single bed as well. The shower room is not en-suite but just off the door of that bedroom.
All the bedrooms are equipped with fans if required.
Outside : big terrace with table and chairs under a canopy and sun loungers.
12x5 m pool that is full south-facing so gets the sun from 9 am till evening in summer. The pool is a shallow pool perfect for family and for excercising. 1.50 m deep all the way.There is a motorised security cover for added safety.
The house is built on a plot of just under 1/2 acre and with a view of the rolling countryside , completely fenced . There is also a grassed area that can accommodate any outdoor activities for the children and adults alike, a badminton court is in place.
A barbecue is also there for those long outdoors evening meals .

The house is situated in a 6 dwellings hamlet and away from main roads. It is lessthan 10 minutes drive from Aubeterre sur Dronne, a village voted as one of the most beautiful in France with old stone houses and an underground church.It has a man-made river beach and water activities but mainly a splendid square with restaurants and bars with terraces.
The next village 5 km away has a doctor, dentist bank , chemist and a little supermarket. And 7 km away you will find a little town with a big supermarket and everything else. The house is also a good starting point to visit the Dordogne with its lovely medieval villages and castles. Brantome, the Venice of the Dordogne is only 40 minutes away!
The bed will be made on arrivals and I provide the towels for the shower and those for the pool. First necessity like bread , milk, tea, coffee and toilet paper will be there on arrival.
This house is not a gîte but my home so you’ll find that there is everything to make you feel comfortable .
Extras if needed : another single bed in the big bedroom ( add £60/week)
- cot , high chair , changing mattress
- dogs are welcomed.

Cleaning is not included: 150euros to be paid upon arrival.
