Service and amenities have gone down overall. The hotel has made significant cuts in the service, room goods available, heating and breakfast which has been noticed straight away. Very disappointed in the hotel overall!

It's great for little kids.The 2 draw backs from our standpoint: This is only the second place in years and multiple countries that charged or did not furnish bed sheets.(The other one was in Belgium too).
