"We had a nice vacation in this lovely house with large rooms, nice kitchen and a beautiful garden with much privacy. Our dog did not want to leave, she loved the lawn in the garden too much. "Booked & paid for this but never stayed. Received message from the host Laurent saying apartment no longer available offering alternate in same town which I reluctantly agreed to. Later Laurent admitted this alternate ‘wasn’t finished’ and I then asked to cancel and refund - too much dishonesty. Four weeks later & numerous contacts with Laurent & still no refund. It’s either terrible service or a scam. Now taking it up with Expedia."
