The house is cozy and comfortable, with plenty of natural light and a spacious feel thanks to large windows and a mezzanine. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring an automatic coffee machine and a smart American fridge with touchscreen. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. Amenities include a TV, wood stove in the living room, radiators in all rooms, a fan, washing machine, and dryer. Families with young children will find all necessary facilities.



    Outside, enjoy your own terrace and private barbecue, plus a shared garden, orchard, pond, and meadows with picnic tables. The shared heated pool is open from May to September, as is the outdoor shower. You can also use the shared terraces, a large ofyr on the patio, a pétanque court, and a covered lounge area.



    On-site parking is available. Beach towels are provided. There is shared bike storage, and 2 e-bikes are at your disposal.



    The house is on the edge of the village, where you’ll find a large supermarket, bakery, doctor, pharmacy, and bookstore. Weekly markets take place in nearby villages, and 3 shopping centers are within a 30-minute drive. The owners live on the property but not in the rented house.
