Reversible heating upstairs (air conditioning).
Kitchen with 6-burner stove + 3 ovens + grill, 2 refrigerators, one with a freezer.
Baby equipment: crib, high chair, changing mat.
Private 28 m² terrace, 1000 m² private garden. Fenced swimming pool shared with the owners (11x5 m, depth 1.10 m with 2 m diving pit, open 9 am - 10 pm from 01/06 to 30/09) - Pool house including summer kitchen, plancha, shower, toilet.
Swing set, trampoline, ping-pong, children's play area, and bowling alley. 15 hectares of land: a pond 300 meters from the cottage with fishing, barbecue, and picnic table.
Ranch and Western-themed educational farm with a treasure hunt and animal feeding.
Hiking and mountain biking trails starting point.
Non-smoking cottage. Surrounded by nature, in the heart of a bucolic, hilly, and wooded setting, this local stone house is spacious and bright. All bedrooms are equipped with twin beds. Numerous leisure facilities are available, including a swimming pool shared with the owners. Ideal for families and groups of friends. Horse breeding on site.

Great stay

Great stay with a wonderful host. The property was more spectacular than the pictures suggest. Very pleased. Great cooking area out by the pool and a wonderful setting in a beautifully presented recently developed cottage/very good sized gite maintaining much of it's original charm.
