"The property was spacious and the kitchen very well equipped with new, high spec appliances and loads of pots, pans, gadgets and crockery. Living and dining area was good for up to 8 adults max. Bedrooms in the basement were adequate but poorly ventilated with no windows. Location in village was great with stunning views from parking area which doubled as terrace and eating area shared with 2 other properties so outdoor eating wasn't very practical and so very disappointing for a summer holiday....

The pool is good to chill on a hot day, the view from the pool on the mountains is super, the pool is only 10 meters away from the chalet and can be monitored from the terras of the chalet. "Thank you Alain for a wonderful stay in your beautiful gîte. We loved the farm festival you took us to and you have made us feel very welcome! The gîte is lovely and comfortable, very well equipped. The views are stunning. One point to note: the pool is shared with another gîte, not private. The region is beautiful, lots to do around the gîte "

"Partis pour randonnés et nous reposer, nous avons été désagréablement surpris de la promiscuité du gite avec les 2 autres pas annoncés comme tels sur l'annonce et de la taille du gite annoncé pour 6/8 personnes il est en réalité prévu pour 6 maximum. Encombré, difficile de manger à 8 dans la pièce, 1,5 salle de bain c'est à dire une seule douche (baignoire en fait) il faut faire la queue. Mais le pire ce sont les nuits: les loirs nous ont empêchés de dormir, ils courent, grattent dans les murs...

"Le chalet est bien situé proche des pistes et du centre de la station. Équipement ménager, vaisselle , électroménager … très bien. l’accès à l’entrée du chalet était très difficile car beaucoup de neige gelée (glace) et rien n’avait été déblayé. De plus pas de pelle au chalet pour le faire nous-mêmes (emprunt à des voisins ). Propreté moyenne : cuisine , salle de bain ok. Aspirateur à passer en arrivant car une dizaine de mouches crevées au sol. Alèses des lits en tissus (pas jetables) et … pas...

"Excellent séjour d'une semaine dans la maison de Peter et Valérie qui nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement.A recommander pour les personnes qui aiment les maisons qui "ont une âme".Le jardin est également très accueillant et agréable, même en hiver, pourvu, bien sûr, qu'il y ait beau temps."

"We had a lovely stay. The owners were friendly and welcoming. Despite our small amount of French and their small amount of English we managed to communicate well. The gite was comfortable and clean with plenty of space. The setup worked really well for older kids and teens but might be harder with younger kids as their bedroom was in a completely different part of the building to ours and they had to use the outside bathroom. We had our own apartment upstairs, which was lovely. The garden and surrounding countryside are beautiful and the pool has the most amazing views of the Pyranees. Fantastic value for money. Would definitely stay there again."
