"Place needs some work"

"This hotel was way over rated on Expedia. The area itself wasn’t the best and the hotel didn’t have the feel of a safe, warm environment. I traveled with my daughter and was grateful it was only one night. "

"The mattresses had an odor. The sheets were clean but I could still smell piss odor coming from the mattress. I was totally disgusted and disappointed.☹️ "

"The staff is very good and really helpful when they are working every day at this time. Excellent customer service is what I would like to provide as my experience."

"I had to change rooms twice. So many problems. Shower not working properly. I should have got another room but I was to tired I gave up. "

"On my first day, I witnessed a domestic dispute involving an unclothed couple in the hallway, with front desk staff pursuing them. Upon entering my room, I discovered that the television, the room phone, and the alarm clock were all non-functional, leaving me unable to contact the front desk for assistance. The issues continued throughout my stay. On the second day, I noticed an accumulation of trash left directly in front of the elevators. Furthermore, I was approached in the parking lot by an individual attempting to sell personal hygiene products from their vehicle, which made me feel quite unsafe. On my final morning, I was again woken up at 7:00 AM by another loud physical altercation between guests. Due to the lack of security, peace, and functional amenities, I will not be returning to this establishment. I believe it is important to bring these serious lapses in service and safety to your attention. I would appreciate your comments on how these matters will be addressed for your future guest."

"Not sure if there were drugs or prostitution going on. Cars and motorcycles noise went on all night."
