It has 4 beds: 2 in the bedroom, and 2 on the sofa in the living room. Equipped kitchen; bathroom and separate toilet.
It is located 2 minutes from the port, the grand canal, shops and restaurants, pleasure boats on the canals, the Etang de Thau or the open sea. 10 km from Ballaruc thermal baths. The large beach bus runs nearby. Possibility of parking in the building.
