An airy flat in a convenient location

We spent four great weeks staying in Alain's flat. We enjoyed the excellent access to both tram and train links to explore the region, as well as all the easily walkable cultural hotspots of Montpellier like the Corum, Opera, MOMO and Fabre galleries. The architectural centre of the city was easy to explore and enjoy. The flat was large, airy and felt very homely. We also got pretty fit getting up to the 3rd floor! All in all, a great stay!

Les 7 Balcons! was a fantastic place for our 1 month stay. The host, Alain, was very responsive and helpful in booking and the check in/out process was smooth. The property description is accurate. The apartment is located off the Place de Comedie with a very short walk to the Saint Roch station. It's airy, bright, spacious and very comfortable. It is well suited to a short or long term stay, whether for personal travel, business travel or vacationing. Les 7 Balcons! has the eclectic charm of an older French apartment. I look forward to renting this property again!

Tolle und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Stadtwohnungen

Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter! Die Wohnung ist hell und liegt wenige Meter vom Place Comédie. Man ist also mitten im bunten Stadtleben, was uns als Menschen, die sonst auf dem Land wohnen, besonders gut gefallen hat. Als sehr sinnvoll hat sich die zur Verfügung gestellte Parkkarte für das benachbarte Parkhaus erwiesen. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Menschen, die Montpellier zu Fuß entdecken und auch mit dem PKW die schöne Gegend erkunden möchten. Für Urlauber ohne Auto ist der Standort auch ideal: Der Bahnhof ist um die Ecke und das Strassenbahnnetz reicht bis ans Meer. Wir, eine Familie mit drei Söhnen im Alter von 7, 12 und 15 Jahren und einem Hund, haben eine tolle Zeit in Montpellier verlebt.

Propriétaire très disponible et arrangeant. Appartement spacieux et très bien situé, en plein centre de Montpellier. Gros bémol sur le bruit en fin de semaine (zone très animée la nuit et simple vitrage, fenêtres qui ferment mal)

Wir haben 10 schöne Tage in der typisch französischen Wohnung verbracht. Das einzig Störende sind die Müllabfuhr und die Straßenreinigung mitten in der Nacht oder am frühen Morgen, aber das kann kein Vermieter ändern. Die Wohnung ist schon etwas abgewohnt, aber wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Alles hat, so wie versprochen, geklappt. Und Montpellier ist eine tolle Stadt mit viel Kultur, schönen Läden und das Meer ist nah.

A very comfortable apartment in the heart of the city

My family and I spent a very enjoyable few days in September in this delightful apartment in Montpelier. The city itself is wonderful and many of the attractions to visit are right in the centre, within a two minute walk of the apartment. The location in the rue Baudin is quiet and very convenient. The apartment is spacious and very well furnished and equipped. Everything a visitor could need is provided and, in our case, we were given the keys, taken into the flat, and given much information, by a helpful friend of the owner.. I can highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Montpellier, and I would certainly make another booking there in the future.

locaton très appréciée(appartement spacieux,lumineux,couchages en nombre suffisant pour 5 adultes souhaitant chacun dormir seul) seul hic:un escalier particulierement pénible, surtout pour moi-même et plus encore pour mon fils aî né(avec trisomie 21 et peu ingambe).Le temps très agréable a contribué à la réussite de ces vacances.Il n'est pas exclu que nous louions à nouveau pour les vacances de printemps 2018...M .T. Appartement spacieux et vraiment très agréable, à deux pas de la place de la Comédie.

Couple avec une enfant de 3 ans du 9 au 30 juillet 2016. Recherchant le charme des appartements montpelliérains anciens, nous avons vraiment apprécié nos vacances au point de prolonger d'une semaine notre séjour. En effet, en louant cet appartement nous nous sommes retrouvés au pied de la Comédie et pouvions garer notre voiture au parking du Triangle, à deux pas (ce qui n'est pas négligeable à Montpellier ^^ ). L'appartement est lumineux, spacieux et très bien agencé. Le mobilier est sobre et les équipements sont nombreux. Les draps et serviettes fournis sont vraiment un vrai plus. Alain, le propriétaire, est extrêmement sympathique et disponible. Nous avons été sensible au petit appel le lendemain de notre arrivée pour savoir si nous étions bien installés et satisfaits :) En un mot si, comme nous, vous recherchez un appartement de cachet idéalement situé, n'hésitez pas !

Séjour à Montpellier

Séjour très agréable à Montpellier dans ce grand appartement situé en plein centre, à poximité immédiate du centre historique et des terrasses. L'arrivée et le départ ont été bien organisés malgré l'absence du propriétaire.Nous avons apprécié les lits faits à notre arrivée avec le linge de toilettes mis à notre disposition. Pas de bruit dans cet immeuble propre et bien sécurisé mais un peu à l'exterieur. Pas de problème pour la voiture avec un parking souterrain à 200 m avec un forfait très avantageux.
