- One equipped with a wardrobe (140), a kitchenette with 1 sink, 2 induction plates, 1 fridge, 1 mini dishwasher, dresser and storage cupboard. 1 ceiling fan and a TV. Access to a bathroom with wc, sink and shower.
- A large veranda attached to this room including buffet, table with 6 chairs, a convertible sofa (2 places).
Veranda surrounded by bay windows opening onto a balcony (coffee table + 2 sun loungers) and onto a terrace (with table and seating for 8 and an electrically controlled sun shade cloth).
- The second studio is equipped with a bed (140), 2 bunk beds (90), storage cupboard, 1 washing machine, 1 fridge, 1 ceiling fan and a TV. Access to a bathroom with wc, sink and shower.
Communication of the 2 studios via a corridor and the veranda or by the terrace.
Possibility of sleeping on convertible sofa.
The rental periods are at your choice but with a minimum of 3 nights.

Ménage et propreté des lieux zéro Des poils partout dans l appartement des traces par terre les sanitaires pas ou peu nettoyés machine à glaçons très sales et plancha grasse même pas nettoyée après usage heureusement que je suis venu avec la lienne et pour finir le ventilateur dans la chambre ne fonctionne qu à une seule vitesse donc il ne sert pas à grand chose Je suis déçu en raison du prix que j ai payé vraiment trop cher pour ce que c était Une mauvaise expérience Le propriétaire devrait peut être changer de conciergerie
